"Wherever the sun doth it's successive journeys run, you shall carry my Word." These were the words heard from God by Dr. Clift Brannon Sr. as a small boy walking home from school one day.  Perplexed and afraid, he ran the remainder of the way home to his mother's arms.  She smiled upon hearing his story and told him he would understand in due time.  Guided by these words from God, Dr. and Mrs. Clift Brannon Sr. dedicated their lives joyfully to the winning of souls.

The Soul Winner's New Testament was envisioned, created, authored, and published by Dr. Brannon. It came about in his early evangelist crusade days.  As he would travel from church to church, he would send bibles ahead and ask the crusade teams of the church to mark certain scriptures.  Often he would arrive and the work would be incomplete.  It was then that he envisioned the idea to publish bibles with the plan of salvation marked with bible help notes and chain references. Today, over five million copies are in print and have been distributed around the world.

Clift's wife Ruth took part in the crusades as well and was featured as "Guest Speaker" on Saturday nights.  Over the years, Ruth and Clift proclaimed the gospel in over 2000 crusades in the United States and numerous countries world wide.

The Brannons were married for 70+ years.  They left earth in August and September of 2005 (just over a month apart) to be with their Lord Jesus Christ.
